How long will my order take to arrive?

As our products are made to order, dispatch times can vary, most products take around two days to create. Once your order has left us, delivery will depend on the service you’ve chosen. If your order is for a personalised product then unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or returns unless the product is faulty or you received an incorrect item. If your product is not personalised and you wish to return it then please get in contact with us beforehand at support@thehartleybarn.co.uk

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, we suggest first checking with your neighbours or your local Royal Mail sorting office. If you’re still unable to locate it, please contact us at support@thehartleybarn.co.uk, and we’ll do everything we can to help.

How will my order be delivered?

Standard deliveries are made via Royal Mail, which is not a tracked service. For a tracked delivery, please select our express delivery option.

Express deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery and may require a signature upon arrival.

Can I change or update my personalisation?

We ask that all personalisation details are carefully reviewed before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes or updates. Please ensure all personalisation details are accurate before proceeding to checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for any errors.
